VC: Tropical fruit aromas with a touch of candle wax assail the senses. On the palate these notes replay nicely, and are made even more seductive by the smooth, almost viscous texture. Medium bodied and dry with just a subtle suggestion of sweetness. My note: A juicy, mouth-watering wine with pleasant green melon, peach and Asian pear notes. A terrific aperitif or an accompaniment to many dishes. Food matches: honey-glazed pork, mango chicken.
