comments:

This wine is made exclusively from the Prieto Picudo grape and aged for 9 months in French and American oak. Seriously good juice. Black cherry aromas infused with cigar box, violets and graphite. Full-bodied but mellow. More George Clooney than Brad Pitt: a wine to relax with by the fire. Food matches: lasagna, pasta in a herbed tomato sauce, grilled steak, lamb shanks, pork tenderloin.
