VC: Half the juice for this wine was fermented in new French oak barrels, the other half in stainless steel. The nose offers delicious aromas of apricot, tangerine and hints of vanilla. On the palate, it has a rich texture with ripe peach and candied fruits, plus a long creamy finish. My note: Lovely peach blossoms, white peach, and pear in this refreshing white. A breath of warmth and summer to come in a glass. Food matches: white fish grilled and topped with a mango salsa, lobster in a cream sauce.
