This Chardonnay was completely fermented in oak barrels giving it a creamy, rich texture and taste. Heady aromas of baked bread, vanilla, ripe tropical fruit, peaches, pears, green apples. Round, deep, complex and satisfying with enough acidity to make it food friendly. Food matches: baked ricotta on toast, stir-fried veggies, brie cheese, chicken tetrazzini, duck a l'orange.
